Refunds will not be issued for reasons relating to change of mind/wrong size/style etc. Please choose carefully when buying from our product range. See our exchange policy below.

Please return all items for exchange or refund asap. Email us first about your return and then send your item/s to PO Box 353, Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156 with a note with your reason for the return.

All items for return must be sent via express or registered post (for proof of sending) in its original condition and packaging, ie. item is unused, unsoiled and undamaged with tags still attached. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Refunds or part refunds will be issued on all our items via the original payment method, less all shipping cost and any return shipping costs.  As postage is expensive for us, refunds on free post items will be issued less the cost of shipping of $10.00.

Exchanges  - if Mums 2 Be can not supply the customer will a straight swap then the customer will be issued with a store credit, as we cannot always guarantee the same garment and the customer will be required to checkout again with their exchange item/s and are liable to pay for any added postage costs the cart adds. 

Samples/End of Line/Bargain items listed under Clearance: These items are reduced to below cost price and can't be returned to Mums 2 Be for refunds or exchanges.

Samples are listed this way because they do not have care labels and are classed as a second which by purchasing you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of no returns or refunds.

Before finalising your order please choose your size carefully to avoid disappointment. Please visit our Size Guide to help with your decision. Also note that sizes may differ between each manufacturer plus remember to check your order in case you have accidentally selected the wrong size.
