How long have you been in business? TOP

Mums2be has been an online seller of maternity wear and breastfeeding tops since 2003. We are an Australian registered business, ABN 65 271 288 535.

What are your Terms and Conditions? TOP

Terms and Conditions as relating to the use of "special offers or promo codes" at Mums 2 Be.

Currently we are not able to include the following brands in our exclusive promo codes, unless otherwise stated by Mums 2 Be.

If any of these products are discounted by the cart due to promo codes being enter by the customer then the original marked price will be re-adjusted.

If you would like to purchase these products when using our promo codes for other items, then please purchase separately with out using any promo codes and Mums 2 Be will be happy to combine your orders manually.

Why should I buy nursing clothing? TOP

As the seasons change while your pregnancy progresses you maternity tops may become inappropriate for the current season, especially if you are heading into a warmer season and normal clothes will usually not stretch or be long enough over your expanding bump.  You may also be looking forward to fitting back into normal clothes and with that in mind if you're planning to breast feed then nursing tops are designed to be functional as well as fashionable and stretch for transitional wear.

Some mothers may find nursing in public a challenge or embarrassing at first especially if mum and baby are still learning.

What size should I buy? TOP
It is best to purchase your pre-pregnancy size as maternity clothing and fabric is designed to stretch with your changing shape. Please refer to our sizing guides for a perfect fit as sizes do vary slightly between different brands and styles. Generally your current bust measurement will give you a good indication of your size. 

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We accept bank deposit, Australia money order and credit card or bank transfer via PayPal.

What about your website Security? TOP

Mums 2 Be use secure pages for storing names and addresses and are part of Mal's Ecommerce.

PayPal uses a high level of Data Encryption making the safe guarding of your financial and personal information.

What will you do with my personal information? TOP
Mums 2 Be will keep your personal details, email address and shipping information in our restricted database of our website for a short period of time and when gift vouchers are issued.  This information will not be disclosed to any third party.

What about linked sites? TOP
Mums 2 Be may provide links to third party sites but is not responsible in anyway for the content provided on these sites nor do we endorse these sites. Please review linked sites Privacy Statement to determine their use of information .

How much is shipping? TOP

Mums 2 Be are now offering "Free Shipping" on all orders over $100.00 within Australia.

Checkout our Payments & Deliveries page for all information regarding local, National and International locations.

How long will delivery take? TOP

We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Depending on your location please allow 1-7 days for delivery (Australia wide).

For overnight/next day delivery please place your order before 11.30am Monday to Friday, EST Australia only orders.

International orders will take between 10-14 days for delivery.

What is your returns policy? TOP

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order - if you have any problems please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We offer easy, hassle free returns. Please return all items for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Email us first about your return.

Sale or clearance items can be returned for refunds or exchanges, but you may not be able to have the same item as originally ordered.  All items for return must be posted within 14 days via express or registered post (for proof of sending) in its original condition and packaging, ie. item is unused, unsoiled and undamaged with tags still attached. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued on all our items, including sale/clearance items via the original payment method.
As postage is expensive for us, refunds on "Free post offers" are subject to refunds less the original postage costs for Mums2Be.
